As pet owners, we are cleaning our floors more often, and many cleaning products contain harmful chemicals that can lead to sneezing, skin irritations, and allergies. Your dog is more likely to contact these chemicals as they often spend a lot of their time on the floor, so we have developed a cosmetic-grade, highly effective 4 x Concentrate floor cleaner without toxic chemicals. Effectively cuts grease and lifts dirt without the use of industrial-grade ingredients. A plant-derived, EcoCert Approved cleanser base, harnessing the sanitising and anti-bacterial properties of practitioner-grade pure essential oils that will leave your home smelling beautifully fresh and clean.
Distilled Water, Decyl Glucoside (Eco Cert Approved), Mixed Tocopherols (Vitamin E Natural), Soja Hispida (Soya Oil), 100% Pure Grade Essential Oils of Cymbopogan Flexuosus (Lemongrass) and Eucalyptus Radiata, Paraben Free Preservative (1%). ALL INGREDIENTS ARE COSMETIC GRADE (NOT INDUSTRIAL GRADE)

We’re pretty proud of how quickly we can pack and dispatch your order. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 1-2 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from 3 business days after the time of dispatch.

Our drivers have authority to leave your order on your property without a signature on delivery so that your order is waiting for you the moment you get home.

Yes, we have a hassle-free returns policy as well as a dedicated support team to make everything right for you. Simply contact us and we can sort everything out. Please note that no credits or refunds can be given without first speaking to our customer service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used)

- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Sale items
- Some health and personal care items
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, If 14 days have gone after delivery. 15% of total payment will be deducted from the refund payment as restocking fee, it applies to all returns.
There are certain situations where extra fee will incur (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged(including packaging) or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will incur extra 10% to up to total payment depends on the condition of the returned item. (This policy also applies to customer "change their mind")
