Chakra and Essential Oils

The word 'chakra' refers to one of the seven sites, starting from the root of the spine to the crown of the head. Each Chakra governs its own bodily, emotional and spiritual energy. Essential oil is highly concentrated plant extracts made from the flowers, leaves, stems, bark, roots, or other parts of a plant.

They are widely used to support mental, emotional, and physical health. Essential oils are great for treating chakra imbalances.

How to use chakra blends

• Diffuse it to fill your space with positive energy.
• Simply inhale the chakra oil blend. The easiest method of inhalation is to take a few deep breaths.
• Select the most appropriate chakra blend and dilute a few drops with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil. Gently massage onto the chakra point.
  
• Use them in an oil burner, diffuser, bath.
