Warning:

All our masks are MEDICAL Grade not consumer grade, offering highest standard of protection. Beware of generic products without detailed testing reports & international certification. Our masks contain the manufacturer’s registration throughout all documentation & product packaging. See product images.

Usage Method:

1. Ensure your hands are sanitized before reaching for the mask. Wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds.
2. Open the package and retrieve the mask with the nose clip facing outward and positioned upwards.
3. For Surgical Mask ensure the lighter colour is facing inwards towards your face and the dark colour outwards
4. Place the mask on your face by looping the elastic ear loops around both your ears.
5. Pinch the nose clip with your thumb and index finger to fit the bridge of your nose ensuring it is a tight fit without any gaps.
6. Further adjustments may be required to find optimal comfort.
7. Refrain from touching your face for the duration the mask is on.
8. Ensure your hands are sanitized once again before removing the mask.
9. After use please ensure the mask is washed in water or alcohol and carefully cleaned disinfected before repeated use up to 20 times.
10. If you plan on disposing the mask please carefully dispose of it to prevent contamination to others

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to production rush to meet global demands, individual sealed KN95 satchel’s may contain original Chinese packaging, external product box packaging will be in English.

KN95 Masks can be recycled up to 20 times with soapy water or alcohol. Please ensure it is cleaned correctly before reuse.

Surgical Masks is disposable, it cannot be washed and then reused.

Default box packaging of KN95 includes a pack of 10 masks and Surgical Masks a pack of 50 masks. Orders under 10pc of KN95 & 50pc Surgical Mask will not include box packaging.

For general safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept product returns in this category.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours via Australia Post or equivalent courier service. Due to high parcel traffic during this period of time, some delays may be incurred by the couriers. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter. All orders will be provided with full tracking.

Manufacturer cost for Medical Grade face masks direct from production line, freight charges to DHL distribution centre, DHL air freight express to Australia, import taxes, Australia warehousing sortation picking & packing, local postage charges, seller fees where applicable & GST.

New product submissions are required to undergo TGA approval, this process can takes over 100 days to complete.
