Shipping Details
While we strive for same day shipping Australia-wide for all orders placed before 2pm, all orders placed through Factory Direct Nutrition are processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If in the rare occurrence that there will be a delay further than 2 business days in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Delivery: 1-9 Business Days.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind
Buyer must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
Buyer must return goods within 30 days of purchase and is responsible for return costs, unless goods are found to be faulty, not matching the description or expired.
