1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

What an amazingly comfortable mattress, considering the price it is great value for money and the quality is fabulous. I took a gamble, and it paid off, I would highly recommend.

I would recommend. It was delivered on time and the set up was pretty easy considering it’s the king we ordered. Satisfying to see it expand once you break the plastic seal. My Dachsund loves it and he mainly occupies the entirety.
