I purchased this as I have 2 sloped discs S1 and L5. This has also given my sciatica pain which has been debilitating and I’m only 39 and at a healthy weight. I started using it 5 mins a day and increased by a minute each day to 10mins. I can definitely feel a difference and much less pain. Hubby loves it too and he’s been using it for a couple minutes a day to help decompress the spine. We took the shoulder stop off to help give a better stretch too. Highly recommended!

Finally had enough of sciatica/lower back pain and sleepless nights from aching legs so splashed the cash. Wish i'd done it years ago! First 5 minutes session at 180° inversion and best my back has felt in years! Best price and shipping... sellers on eBay wanted $95 to ship (i live on an island in Moreton Bay, Qld.) but MyDeal seller did it for $14:95 and it arrived in 4 days. Easy to assemble, too... and a solid build.
