Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

It's excellent quality, value for money. Although, the instructions were insufficient, it took us more than 30 minutes to assemble it.

Amazing bike, perfect for my condition. I am enjoying doing exercises at home now. Wish I could find more special reduce offers like this one again in the future. Being in lockdown doesn't help if the gym is not open, fortunately I was very lucky to have the money to purchase it. Q
