Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Only objection, it takes hours and an engineering degree to assemble it. The average guy would have difficulties to put it together.

This recumbent exercise bike is amazing! I’m waiting on knee surgery and was advised to het one. The only problem my husband had putting it together was there wasn’t enough explanation of fixing up the wiring and computer part. But it works great, I’m building up my time slowly.
