Tasting Notes:
Crimson with purple magenta hues. Expressive bouquet with dark berry fruit, some white pepper, vanillin oak and some further depth coming from chocolate and mocha notes. Quite a robust full flavoured Shiraz with blackberry the figurehead here whilst some alluring flavours of smoky oak, cinnamon, fruitcake and chocolate all intermingle through the middle palate before finishing with velvety smooth tannins.
Technical Notes:
Established in 1853, Normans Wines is one of Australia\'s founding wine makers. The Regional Series Select parcels of fruit were selected due to their intense fruit flavour and then were picked, transported to winery, crushed immediately. The skin and juice mix is allowed to warm naturally over several days after which it begins fermentation. Fermentation is held cool which helps to retain bright primary fruit characters in the wine. Following ferment, the wines are carefully pressed, separating them from the skins. The wine is then run down to oak barrels for maturation, before being blended, filtered and then finally bottled.

For orders consisting of 12 bottles, up to two bottles in any twelve (12) bottle purchase may be sampled. Get Wines Direct will refund you for the entire value of the product provided the remaining 10 bottles are returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, minus the delivery fee. If more than two bottles are sampled, a refund will be processed for the returned bottles only, minus the delivery fee.
For orders of less than 12 bottles, up to 25% of the number of bottles may be sampled. Get Wines Direct will refund you for the entire value of the purchase provided the remaining 75% of bottles are returned in the same condition they were dispatched. If more than 25% of the number of bottles are sampled, a refund will be processed for the returned bottles only, minus the delivery fee.
Bonus items must be returned with the original carton purchased. If you wish to retain the bonus item, the difference in cost of the bonus item will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
