If your item arrives damaged, or is damaged during transit, please contact us to arrange for a suitable outcome.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date when we receive your return item for items to be changed over and re-delivered. iBuys cannot issue replacement goods until the faulty items have been received.
Goods which are returned that are not deemed faulty will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

Great little oven. Gets very hot and cooks a large pizza in around 4 minutes. Seems to do everything that the more expensive portable ovens do. One odd thing. There were absolutely no instructions in the box. Either for assembly or operation. Luckily it's pretty straightforward.

Omg best thing I’ve bought can’t believe the tempreture it gets to,pizzas so quick, roasts etc thank you only if it was a little larger and wider overall awesome, easy to use,also can u buy accessories, stone plate or grill etc👍
