Orders within Australia

• Standard Shipping

  • Under $50 (Product Total Only, after Discounts) - $9.95

  • Over $50 (Product Total Only, after Discounts) - Free

  • All Standard Orders are usually delivered between 2 to 8 Business Days, however, please check Australia Post Delivery Timeframes for accurate and up to date guidance (Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays are not regarded as business days)

• If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Change of Mind Returns & Warranty

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you

• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

• Product is unopened and in a saleable condition - i.e. All Plastic Wrapping and/or Packaging is in its original state

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please reach out to us with your order details and reason for the change of mind return. If there item is damaged or incorrect please send us an image.

If the product has been opened and not in a saleable condition then a refund will not be provided.

If there is genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer.

If the product is a genuine defect we will pay for the shipping charges to be returned back to our warehouse.

On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.
