4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Fantastic Xmas Trees! The quality is excellent and the postage was extremely fast. I have one of these already in a smaller size and have now upgraded to larger size, I wouldn't buy any other brand of tree now.
