The Kore 900 commercial barbecues (chargrills) are the perfect solution for grill masters everywhere. With the ability to reach a scorching temperature of 400oC, these grills quickly seal in the natural juices and flavors of your food, resulting in a succulent, mouth-watering taste that is sure to impress.

Flexibility and efficiency

The iron grates of our barbecues are reversible, and offer the possibility of roast prduce in different ways:

On the ribbed and grooved face, inclined grill, for meat roasts.
On the flat and horizontal face, for roasting fish and vegetables.

Cooking and roasting are done both by contact and by the irradiation of heat from the lower resistances or burners, achieving greater efficiency. In addition, the lower fat collection drawer offers the possibility of introducing water into it. Thanks to the irradiation of heat from gas burners or electrical resistors, low intensity steam is generated, allowing roasting of certain types of products in a steam atmosphere.

Cleaning

The iron grates, meanwhile, have a tilt towards the front, to facilitate the dripping of fats and liquids into the collection hole and the fat collection drawer.

These iron grates, with a low porosity finish, are removable in 170 mm wide sections, without tools, to facilitate cleaning.

The stainless steel grate models, these are made of steel slats, and are cleaned very easily.

Resistances in electric barbecues can be tilted for easy cleaning.

All models have anti-splash piece, which can be removed in three pieces for easy cleaning.

• The iron grills are reversible, with different finishes on each side:
  . Tilted and grooved with ridges for meat.
  . Horizontal and flat for fish and vegetables.



• The grills reach a very high temperature (400 oC), meaning that the surface of the product seals rapidly, keeping the inside of the food much juicier.



• In the models with stainless steel grill, this is manufactured with sheets of AISI-304 in
  " V" shape to facilitate cleaning.



• Fitted with an opening for the collection of cooking fat and storage tray with a capacity of up to 12 litres (one tray in half module machines, two trays in machines with a whole module).



• The fat collection trays offers the option of putting water in them, and thanks to the heat irradiation of the gas burners or electrical heating elements, low intensity steam is generated, so that the food can be grilled in an atmosphere of steam.



• Grills fitted with 130 mm high dismountable guard to avoid splashing, manufactured in stainless steel.



• High temperature enamelled cast iron flue protector.



• Access to the components from the front.



• Machines with IPX5 grade water protection.



• Groups of three high-efficiency tube burners, with a radiant deflector (a group of three burners for half-sized module models, two groups for whole module models).



• Independent control for each group of burners via a safety valve with a thermocouple.



• Burners are turned using an electric multispark ignition. With an access tube for manual ignition.
