If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue. We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days at the buyer’s expense. Please note that certain personal care and hygiene products, such as maternity pillows and baby items, are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
