If your item arrives damaged, or is damaged during transit, please contact us to arrange for a suitable outcome. This needs to be reported within 72 hours of the item arriving.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date when we receive your return item for items to be changed over and re-delivered. iBuys cannot issue replacement goods until the faulty items have been received.
