Shipping Details

Our orders are delivered via standard Australia Post eParcel shipping. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email please check your email's Junk Folder.

RETURNS:

Goods can be returned within 30 Days. This gives you plenty of time to try and evaluate the products! You can test them in a local store, but normal use or testing outdoors is not allowed. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We do not accept returns of on sale/clearance items.

Gift cards, vouchers or certificates are non-returnable items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed). It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and barcodes attached.
