Shipping Details

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and are delivered via standard Australia Post eParcel shipping. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update. Please get in touch via your account if you experience any issues with your delivery.

RETURNS:

Please send through returns requests within 30 Days. This gives you plenty of time to try and evaluate the products for any defects or issues. Goods should be checked prior to using them in an outdoor setting. Products damage or in used condition, due to usual wear and tear will not be accepted for returns.

Please note, we do not accept returns for "change of mind".

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed). It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and barcodes attached.
