We accept Change of Mind, however customers need to ship the product back to us at their cost, the product must be in resell able condition and with original packaging. We will process a refund after inspecting the returned goods.

Simply contact us via your account with your invoice number specifying what you are exchanging and whether you would like a refund or exchange.  

Warranty Policy:

All products sold by us, unless previously stated are covered by a 12 months manufacturer's warranty, Applicable from the date of purchase on My Deal

If the products you have purchased are faulty we are happy to provide you a full product exchange or full refund. All products sold by Fetch A Deal are covered by a standard 12 month warranty.

By purchasing from Fetch A deal the consumer enters into a contract, and agrees to these Terms, the consumer relinquishes their rights under the competition & consumer Act 2010.

Fetch A Deal makes the guarantee that the products it sells are of acceptable quality and indemnifies itself under Australian consumer law.
