We Offer Free Shipping for Any Order Over $199 Australia Wide* (conditions apply)

Ozwashroom is partnered with Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and StarTrack Couriers to deliver all of our customers purchases. Unless a Post Office Box or Express Delivery Service has been requested, it is up to the discretion of the Ozwashroom logistical team to identify which provider will be allocated to deliver your purchases. Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and StarTrack Couriers all require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will be a person on the premises during business hours to sign for your items. If there is no person present to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and all items will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Depot. The items will be held at the Post Office or Depot for 7 days and if not picked up will be returned to the Sender and re-delivery fees will apply. To avoid this you can request an Authority to leave in the Special Instructions ie: leave if nobody home. In accordance with the request of an Authority to leave, Ozwashroom is not liable for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen once delivery has been made to your chosen premises.

Please Note: Australia Post does NOT deliver to areas deemed as Construction areas/ zones. If you have a shipping address that is deemed a construction area/ zone and has not been identified in the Special Instructions, the items will be automatically returned to sender and re-delivery fees will apply.

Shipping and Handling calculation:

We offer free delivery for orders over $179 Australia Wide (Excluding Remote & Regional Areas) to most of our products Excluding Bulky Items Such as Paper Towels & Sanitary Bins...etc, shipping fee will be applied at a discount rate.

Estimated time of delivery 2-5 working days to major centres and longer for regional and remote areas.

Express Post for next working day delivery to most areas within Express Post network, the cost is based on delivery location, cut off time 1:00 PM for next day delivery.

Same day delivery for Melbourne Metro ONLY, cut off time Strictly 1:00 PM, any order received after 1:00 pm will be delivered the following business day.

 

Return and Replacement Policy

Ozwashroom may accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 14 days from the invoice date. It is important that all original packaging be included to qualify for a refund.

Some returns may attract Restocking fees and shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind or not fit for purpose orders. If you ordered an item incorrectly or changed your mind, we will accept the unopened, unused product and credit your account less original shipping costs. Shipping costs are the costs incurred by Ozwashroom in shipping the product to you. Although you might have
received ‘Free Shipping’, costs were still incurred by Ozwashroom (A minimum shipping charge of $32) and will be deducted from your credit.

We will only pay for return shipping when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.

Some items do not qualify for Refunds/Returns:

* All types of consumables such as Liquid Soap, Paper Towels, Fragrance Cans, Gloves, Urinal
Blocks.
* All Spare Parts.
* Any custom made orders such as braille signs.
* Any special order items that were imported or sourced specifically for the customer.

Damage Claims or Shortages

Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported within 24 hours, without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt. In the event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us via MyDeal. We will require photos of damages to the product and to the packaging.

Return Process

A request to return a purchased item/s is simple and quick. Please contact us for details.

Upon your return request, we will usually reply within 24 business hours with a returns authorisation.

If you are outside of our local area, and the product is defective, damaged or wrongly sent, we will be in contact with you to organise the collection of the item or provide you with a reply paid post bag to collect the item. If the product is not defective, damaged or wrongly sent, you will need to organise a trackable way to send back the product at your cost.

Be sure to ship to our main distribution centre in Mulgrave/Victoria, unless otherwise specified.

Please allow as little as 7 days but up to 21 days for returns to be processed and credit issued after we receive the product in our warehouse. Credit will be issued to the account or original form of payment.

Order Cancellations

Items may not be cancelled once an order has been placed. After you receive your order, simply follow our return instructions or contact us during normal business hours to make a replacement order.

Restocking Fees

Items that are returned due to being wrongly ordered or change of mind of any Ozwashroom brand products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% and 30% of all other brands such as JD Macdonald or Bobrick...etc. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.

Warranties

Each new OzWashroom item purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service upon the following terms and conditions:

The period during which OzWashroom units are warranted is as follows, measured from the date of our invoices:

Dispensers:

All our dispensers carry 3 months replacement warranty, that includes a soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, Fragrance dispensers, Toilet roll dispensers.

Hand Dryers

For all Hand Dryers Purchased after the 1st of July 2018, the ozwashroom will provide 3 years warranty for all our hand dryers including the OZ range, Vortex and Jetoz. Our warranty covers all labour and parts for our hand dryers. All Faulty hand dryers under Warranty shall be posted to our postal address for repairs, Ozwashroom will arrange shipping of the dryers to and from our repair centre.

Our warranty DOES NOT cover the removal or refit of the hand dryers.

Our warranty does not cover customer, intentional or accidental damages.

Any hand dryers purchased before the 1st of July 2018 will be subject to the old warranty conditions as follows:

All ozwashroom hand dryers will have one Year Warranty or three years extended warranty. All Faulty hand dryers under Warranty Should Be Posted to Our Postal Address for Repairs.

Our Warranty DOES NOT cover the removal or refit of the hand dryers. OzWashroom is liable for sending a replacement or repaired items back to the buyer. Our warranty does not cover customer, intentional or accidental damages.

This warranty does not cover installation labour charges and does not apply to any units which have been damaged by accident, abuse, improper installation, Improper Maintenance, or altered in any way.
