Applications

Ideal a wide range of re rated sealing applications in construction and industrial including re resistant interior applications, sealing compound for cracks in concrete and plaster, connection joints in the building industry, joints with movements up to 10%.

  Substrates: All common porous building substrates; surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust; highly porous surfaces should be primed with diluted Firecryl FR (1 part Firecryl FR + 2 parts water); not suitable for natural stone, bitumen, glass and metal-preliminary adhesion testing is recommended

  
  

Application Method
Apply with a manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Finish with a spatula or putty knife. Do not apply when rain or frost is imminent during curing. Clean uncured material with water; before skin formation, finish using a soapy solution or Soudal Finishing Solution. Repairs can be made using the same material.

Remarks & Limitations

  Do not use in applications with continuous water immersion
