Directions

1. Empty the whole contents of the tub into a plastic bucket.

2. Add water slowly, mixing with a trowel until a dry crumbly paste is obtained.

3. Add more water SLOWLY until the mix is a pliable ball.

4. On a clean flat surface, mould to the size and shape brick required. Trim with a knife if necessary.

5. Clean the area to be filled removing any loose material and dust. Then wet the area with water.

6. Place brick firmly to take up vacant space.

7. Air dry for 24 hours.

8. Then heat set with a small gentle fire. Your unit is then ready for normal use.

Q. What temperature is the product effective to?

A. 1000C.

Q. Is it ok for outside use on my brick BBQ?

A. Yes, protect from rain/moisture for 24 hrs until the curing process is complete.

Q. I have broken bricks in my fireplace, am I able to spread this over all of the bricks and fill in the hole?

A. Yes, this is perfect for replacing and/or repairing fireplace bricks.

Q. Can I use instant brick in a load-bearing wall?

A. It would be best to use concrete, please consult your local hardware for advice.

Q. Can this be used as a render for my pizza oven?

A. For this kind of project; yes, as the formula is more suited to be applied in thicker layers.

Q. Can this product be dyed to suit the colour of my oven bricks?

A. Yes, however as this is something we have not tested we are unaware of how the dye will react with the heat and whether or not it will fade.
