To ensure best and fast delivery, please provide correct address and contact number.

Items are normally dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday); Based on the time frame from various carrier, please allow 3 to 10 business days for item to arrive.

Free shipping includes Standard Delivery in Australian only.

We using Australian Post as a preferred delivery company, but may use other courier company for some items.

Orders will be delivered during business days. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.       

Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
For any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you receive, we will at our discretion exchange your product or refund the purchase price. 
Goods to be returned required to be in original package condition.
Before returning an item, please send us an message with the reason for return.
Refunds will be returned via the same method in which payment was received.

Lost or Damaged Goods: If you receive your items and find them damaged, or the shipping time estimate has elapsed and you still do not have your goods, please contact us so we can try our best to resolve this issue.
