CPAP Club offers 30 day returns or exchange on all store items that are unopened in their original packaging.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original, unopened packaging, with accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.

In addition to the above. ResMed does offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on selected CPAP Machines (AirSense 10, 11 and AirMini models) and most AirFit Masks. You will have the option of Money Back - OR - One exchange for a different Model (differences will require payment). Please contact us for further details.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our CPAP Machines are covered by a 12-month and up to 5 year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects with the product. Some of our products, such as CPAP Masks are covered by a 90 day warranty period; please check the product description for any further warranty information. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim or to confirm warranty periods.
