If you own a charcoal BBQ, smoker or fireplace then you can't escape the fact that you are dealing with hot burning fire all the time. This means that there is a high probability you will eventually burn your hands or even your arms. Prevention is better than cure and the best way to stop yourself from getting burnt is by using High-temperature heatproof gloves.
Standard length gloves that just cover up to your wrist are great for lifting smoker lids or moving a hot grill, however, if you are lighting a chimney starter full of hot charcoal then you need a little more protection than just your hands. They also have silicone strips that go across the gloves. This provides a non-slip grip for when you are picking up items off your BBQ, lifting up rub shakers or opening lids.
The gloves are flame resistant but not fireproof, so don't go sticking your arm in a burning fire. Even though they are not fireproof they can handle temperatures up to 500°c. This allows you to pick up hot logs and rearrange them around your fire, move your charcoal around your BBQ pit for better cooking and even pick up the hot cast iron pans and Dutch ovens from your fire when out camping.

The product warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of being dropped, exposed to the elements, tampering, mishandling or mis-use such as excessive fire or a motor not being counter-weighted. Stainless steel is not immune to rusting/pitting and is therefore not covered under warranty.
Charcoal pans inside spit roasters are designed to take the brunt of the heat to protect the structural integrity of the spit roaster body. Due to the extreme heat generated when cooking with briquettes/charcoal, some bending of the pan is inevitable and will occur regardless of the thickness of the steel. This is not covered under warranty.
All BBQ Spit Rotisseries' products have been tested and deemed suitable for domestic use only. Using these products commercially voids the warranty. The warranty does not cover postal cost, insurance, incidental charges or any other loss incurred.
