To maintain the shine and condition of your unique Amelie jewellery, we recommend keeping your pieces in a pouch or box. It’s always a good idea to place your jewellery on after your makeup, perfume and hairspray is applied. Remember that perfume, hairspray, lotions, chlorine and saltwater can discolour pearls and enamel as well as tarnish the metal. Please do not use water or any chemical jewellery cleaner as they can be abrasive.

Shipping Details

For standard delivery within Australia and internationally we use Australia Post or an alternate courier carrier. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1- 2 business days.

If your parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post or an alternate courier used will leave a calling card for you to collect it from your nearest Post Office.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a full refund or credit. The claim for a refund must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

Return Instructions

Amelie will exchange or refund full price items within 30 days of ship date on your tax invoice.

You must provide ‘proof of purchase’, being a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected, however please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are not refundable.

Due to health regulations, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.

Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Product tags must be attached or accompany the product on return.

Amelie cannot guarantee availability of exchange items and will offer a refund in this instance.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. Any goods returned to us will be at your expense regardless of the fault or reason for their return. The only exception offered is where we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. In these rare circumstances, we will cover the costs associated with having to return the item(s). This refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s)* needing to be returned and can only be paid once the item(s) has been received by our staff. Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
