Dosage

Children 6 to 12 years of age - 2 tablets - Daily, preferably before a meal

Adults and children 13 years and older - 3 tablets - Daily, preferably before a meal

Each tablet contains:
Iron [as ferrous gluconate dihydrate] 5 mg
Nicotinamide 10 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B6) [as pyridoxine hydrochloride 2.43 mg] 2 mg
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1 microgram
Folic acid    130 micrograms
