1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Great item, much better than expected and a really fast turn around on postage, we purchased it for post op care for our German Shepherd and it was perfect.

This is a strong crate. I am using it as a rabbit hutch inside. It has great access to clean properly. Im very happy with it.

I am very happy with this product. Easy to erect and folds flat for easy storage or transport. Very easy to clean. Will probably purchase at least one more. Very useful crate and delivery was prompt. Recommended product.
