You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them within 7 days. If the goods are found to be damaged, used, abused or tempered with,item condition policy for returns you may not receive a full refund
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, Firma reserves the right to repair, replace or refund. The consumer must return the item to Firma by following the instructions on the Instruction Manual. If the product has failed due to misuse or abuse, Firma will contact the buyer with estimated repair costs. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
