Floating Java Moss Balls - Fontinalis Topiary Balls

This is a floating ball with Java moss attached to it with fishing line down to a weight. It will remain suspended in your aquarium and create a unique effect - no effort in planting is required for this one. Just drops right into your aquarium.

The Java moss does well under low light and it is not difficult to care for, though it is fairly slow growing. This fun piece adds interest for livestock as well, especially shrimp, which can be seen grazing on the moss mid-water. Create a floating forest by adding a couple at a time.

If you can, avoid putting your floating Christmas moss ball in a high flow area until it's well established. Placing it directly in areas of high flow can cause the fishing line to tangle or moss to be torn from the ball.
