We love getting rare flowers and herbs in at Tea Life and Forget Me Not tea is no exception - which is currently only available in Australia here.
Forget Me Not tea ( Myosotis Sylvatica ) is commonly used to help reduce nosebleeds and certain lung issues. We actually don't recommend taking this for extended periods as not much study has been done on the consumption of this flower.
Some have also reported that this flower will help calm the nerves and promote a restful sleep.

A beautiful flower with some interesting uses...

• Certain lung issues (consult with your herbalist first)
• Nosebleeds
• Sleeping aid

1. Add around 1 teaspoon to strainer in hot water.
2. Steep for 3-5 minutes with the cup covered.

Don't use for extended periods or whilst pregnant.
