Twist and pull the ice roller away from the tube and place it in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes. Resecure the ice roller to tube and gently squeeze the tube to release the mask onto the massage head and apply a thick layer of the gel mask onto your skin. Starting where your neck meets your jawline roll in an upward sweeping massage motion to distribute the mask across the entire face.
