Warranty and Returns
To request a return, replacement, or refund, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending any product back. Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted. The RA Number must be clearly marked on the package.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or unwanted items may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to:

Warranty
All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
