Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Couldn't be happier! Great price. So easy to fit onto the bed & love the 7 heat settings & 9hr timer. We haven't had it above 3, which is a nice heat to slip into bed on a cold night, turn down to low setting for a cosy sleep.

Oh I really really love it, every night I am off to bed early, it’s so neat it turns its self off so you can’t make any errors with it. Of course I have to turn it on for the cat during the day, but then we can’t get her up, night or day!
