Ingredients

Contains: Each orange flavoured sachet of powder contains 3.5g of Ispaghula Husk. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine. Contains aspartame and saccharin.

Directions

Pour sachet contents into glass of approximately 250mL of cool water or fruit juice. Stir well and drink straight away.

USAGE ADVICE

Take 2 hours before or after taking any medication to minimise any effect on drug absorption.
