Shipping Details

Where do we ship? We ship online purchases Australia-wide. We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two business days. Often, if you order in the morning, your order could well be out the door by the afternoon.

Once your order is on board with the couriers, expected transit times are:

Metro areas Standard Shipping 2-5 business days

Regional Standard Shipping 2-7 business days

Rural & Remote Standard Shipping 3-14 business days Delivery service

We ship all our products from Australia to Australia wide. Shipment to States such as WA, SA, NT or remote area may take longer.  It may take up to 14 business days.

If you have any concern please discuss with us at the time of ordering.

We use various commercial couriers (Fastway, Startrack, TNT, Couriers Please etc). Someone will need to be available to accept delivery of the goods.

Deliveries usually occur on weekdays between 7am and 5pm.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Please note: Pantum printers come with a 1 year warranty We will gladly assist with returns and exchanges of this product in the event of manufacturing defects or the product doesn't function as described in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy. However, we do not except returns for buyer remorse so please choose carefully when making your purchase. In the case of requesting returns or exchange, please contact Pantum via the contact seller link on your order confirmation email.
