Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Easy to use. Milk container is easy to put in and out. Chose of coffees is great when you want a change. I love that you can save your favourite settings. Have only had it for a week but would highly recommend it

just love it as it explains on screen what it is doing. I love the favourites storage. no mention in booklet to remove film sticker on screen. wont work until you do. fast service. arrived safely. thanks mydeal

At first I thought that only Saeco coffee machine is the one that can do good coffee, but once I purchased Gaggia is the best, easy to operate, easy to clean and it has a variety of coffee that you can make and mark them as your favourite. Excellent quality and great value for money
