Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This will do the job nicely, as I have a lot of twigs and leaves that I can recycle into garden mulch.

Didn't get sent the hand thing to push down the debris, or an instruction manual, but no matter Youtube solves one problem, and big sticks work for the lack of said tool. Using it to mulch up the trimmings of our Pittosporum screen hedge - it's very loud - hearing and eye protection definitely required, but has served the job nicely and avoided me having to hire something oversized for my small job

I used my new Shredder Mulcher today after I pruned a plum tree. It did an amazing job. I am so happy with this purchase. Considering the price of Mulchers in my research, I am hoping it will keep on keeping on for me. It seems like value for money. Thanks
