3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

An absolutely fantastic buy - quality and performance outstanding. Total value for money as well. I purchase this for a Courtyard in an Aged Care Facility so the Residents could look out their windows and see the windmill spinning, check how much rain etc. It has been such a hit, great talking point and something the Residents could relate too; wish we could afford to buy more for the other areas around the Facility. Also much stronger than it appears on screen. Well done to manufacturer and supplier.
