1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The chairs are actually very good value for the price. They are significantly cheaper than anything else on line. The finish is a little lacking, but a quick lick of paint made a huge difference hence the 4 star rating for quality. They are easy to assemble and comfortable to sit in. They look brilliant on a patio.
