We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Although most of the setting is fairly lightweight, the legs of the chairs are not, they are strong and stable, they feel very safe. The seats are also curved for comfort. It is, as lovely as it looks - the rose pattern is visible from a distance adding a very attractive feature to my entrance.
