We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Instructions could be better

Very comfortable, more so than I hoped for. The chair base is the right size - not too deep - so no need for a cushion for shorter people to be able to bend the knees and place feet on the ground. The only suggestion would be for some sort of attachment for the foot stool cushion to the seat as it easily slips away.

These chairs are quite challenging and time consuming to assemble but the fact they recline and have a foot rest makes them extremely comfortable . They also look good on the balcony.
