4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

This is a great little unit both in looks and features. As advertised, the solar panel comes with a 5m cable and can be mounted on a wall or similar with the adaptor provided or on the ground with either of two spikes, also provided. Great value compared to some other vendors.
