Shipping Details

• Please allow 3 - 10 business days for delivery
• We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast

Please write your Invoice Number and the reason clearly on a piece of paper and include it in the return package to our warehouse 

PLEASE NOTE I

• Registered Post - All items returned to CyclingDeal are at the risk of the sender and we would highly recommend sending all items back via registered post.
• Return items in original condition - include all product tags, labels & original packaging ready for resale.
• Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag - Do not attach address labels directly to the product box.
• If the item is not returned in its original sale condition CyclingDeal can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.
• Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
• CyclingDeal will process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
• CyclingDeal does not process exchanges. Our returns team will refund your order on arrival. If you would like a different size or replacement product please place a new order.

• For incorrectly supplied or damaged items, return shipping fees (domestic Australia only) will be covered by Cyclingdeal.

• Please return within 30 days of receiving your item. Return items must be brand new and resellable condition with all packaging - including all product tags, labels & original packaging.
• CyclingDeal will usually process returns within two (2) working days of receiving the returned goods back.
• For warranties, please return within the products warranty period commencing from the date of successful receipt.

Warranties will usually be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days. The time to complete a warranty claim will vary depending on the relevant supplier.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will usually be processed within two (2) working days of approval.
• Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
• Refunds of items purchased will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
• Please allow up to five (5) days after CyclingDeal has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
