We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

We call this “The stairway to heaven” because our kitten absolutely loves it. It took her a while to learn how to use it (and we actually taught her by buying a tiny version with just one box and pole) but once she did wow! she took to it like a pro and it’s providing her with hours of fun. She loves the mouse! The best part it it helps to tire her out and she actually has an afternoon nap now! Super quick delivery. The instructions could be better but take your time and start from the bottom and work your way up. You and your cat will love it!
