Shipping Details

1. We deliver goods through various carriers according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either way, according to your location, it takes about 2-7 working days to arrive after delivery. Remote areas require longer delivery times.  

2. Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.  

3. There are some extra-remote or off-shore areas that will charge extra postage fees and some are unable to deliver. We will first contact you and ask about your wishes before processing your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.  

4. You could also check your postage charge by yourself in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Simply enter the postcode of your delivery address, then the Applicable postage and the available shipping method will be displayed.

NOTE:

• No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

• Inside/Upstairs delivery service is NOT provided.

• Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

• Some products may be sent in more than one packages.

A 12-Month Storewide Warranty

All items before shipment are brand new and have been checked carefully. If you receive the items that are not what you expected or don't work in 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll exchange or refund you the money you paid. Please refer to our Return Policy for more detailed information about returns. We guarantee that we will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly and thoroughly as we can. We want you to be our lifelong customer.

Return Policy:

Please contact us before you return the products and follow these requests below: 

1. 1-5 clear photos need, if there are any damages or quality issues when you receive the item.

2. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us before we dispatch.

3. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee we paid before may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED)

4. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problem for you.

5. Items should be returned in their own packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included.
