If you receive the items that are not what you expected or don't work in 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll exchange or refund you the money you paid. Please contact us before you return the products and follow these requests below:
1. 1-5 clear photos need, if there are any damages or quality issues when you receive the item.
2. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us before we dispatch.
3. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee we paid before may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED)
