We deliver goods through various carriers according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either way, according to your location, it takes about 2-7 working days to arrive after delivery. Remote areas require longer delivery times.
Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
There are some extra-remote or off-shore areas that will charge extra postage fees and some are unable to deliver. We will first contact you and ask about your wishes before processing your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.
You could also check your postage charge by yourself in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Simply enter the postcode of your delivery address, then the Applicable postage and the available shipping method will be displayed.
NOTE:
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Inside/Upstairs delivery service is NOT provided.

All items before shipment are brand new and have been checked carefully. If you receive the items that are not what you expected or don't work in 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll exchange or refund you the money you paid. Please contact us before you return the products and follow these requests below:
1. 1-5 clear photos need, if there are any damages or quality issues when you receive the item.
2. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us before we dispatch.
3. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee we paid before may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED)
4. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problem for you.
5. Items should be returned in their own packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included.

Everything great! I just took my time putting it together, not to hard really. Apart from the actual product I just couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived especially as I live in a regional area. Very pleased overall.

This is a lovely kitchen island. It is made from quality material with sides and corners rounded, providing a neat and appealing, finishing look. The parts were securely packaged in two separate boxes. Each part and each bag with hardware were numbered. This made it easy to follow the assembly guidelines where the numbered parts and hardware were matched on each drawing. The hardware also fitted neatly into their corresponding holes. The item was ordered a Monday evening and two days afterwards, on the Wednesday afternoon, it was delivered. This was very pleasing. The kitchen island's functionality is versatile. It can be used as a kitchen food preparation bench and the rubber wood countertop means that it can handle such activities. The flip up section serves its purpose as a breakfast bar. Furthermore, the open shelves lend themselves well for display items and/or can store practical kitchen utensils and cooking items. The drawers and the cupboard provide ample storage space. So, if you are looking for an-all-in one furniture piece, this kitchen island fits neatly such needs.

You get what you pay for. It's brilliant. But is seriously annoying to put together not hard just time consuming. Would recommend if you want something decent and that will last you.

Surprised at how good this bench is! Expected decent quality and it really is better than decent! It is strong and sturdy. It arrived well packed and although the box was damaged the materials weren’t. Have already recommended this to a few people I know.
