Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Great product for the price goes well but weight with extensions is a bit high but price makes up for this. Only issue during covid the delivery was in 3 boxes over different dates which caused some anxiety I think covid shut down was to blame Great poduct
