Returns Policy
We will provide a return or exchange on any unused or unaltered product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty or not as described.

Quality for price including postage for $20 including postage was not value for money for socks however my grandson thought they were fun

Without being contacted I was sent another design as they were out of stock of this design. The replacement design was not relevant. Customer service was terrible. Socks aren't wonderful quality and dispatch was slow. Waste of money.
