Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The delivery was quick and efficient as I got my mattress delivered in just 4 days... The packaging was good and firm and they provided a cutter to cut the air sealed packaging. The mattress is quite comfortable and gives you the value for money. I am getting a good night sleep. I would recommend this mattress.
